Snaps From The River Island AW 2017 Press Event + What I Wore!

About a month ago, I had the pleasure of perusing River Island’s AW17 collection, and I made sure to take my camera along with me. Attending events & browsing what’s to come from some of my favourite brands is something I am so grateful for. I never thought that I would have the opportunities I have now when I started my first blog back in 2010 – It’s crazy how spur-of-the-moment decisions or actions can influence your life in such a positive manner.

I was really looking forward to the event because I have always been a lover of the brand, and the River Island AW17 collection itself was stunning as usual. Plenty of vibrancy and lots of bright colours, but also classic autumn/winter staples with stylish faux fur trims and plaid prints. I also finally got to try hand rolled ice-cream – It’s become such a craze recently and I totally see why. Arctic Stone was there on the day providing delicious sweet treats and wow, did I enjoy their insta-worthy ice-cream!
