It’s been a wild few weeks, and this week is no different with the V by Very Blog Awards Ireland to look forward to this Thursday!

Hey guys! It’s been another busy week for me! The past few days have been crazy and I have so much to share with you!!! I am particularly excited for the V by Very Blog Awards Ireland coming up this Thursday night. I am absolutely over the moon that my new blog is a finalist in the Fashion Blog category – I never could have imagined how much blogging would impact my life when I started out in 2010. What began as a hobby soon became a really big focus for me and something that opened so many doors, so I am genuinely so grateful for this recognition. Goes to show that hard work pays off!

Huge thank you to V by Very for dressing me for the event. I’m so looking forward to getting all dolled up for the night and putting my spin on the ‘Movie Icons’ theme! I’ve chosen a pretty simple look but one that will hopefully channel the elegance of Audrey Hepburn & Grace Kelly – Two beautiful women who instantly pop into my head at the thought of the theme in question. I wanted to post this quick update so I could share a sneak peek of my outfit with you!

Can’t wait to share Thursday’s antics along with everything else that’s coming up… Feeling so grateful for all of the incredible experiences I have had recently, as well as all of the wonderful people that I have met. There have been quite a few ‘pinch me’ moments that’s for sure!

Anyway, it’s 1.11am now here in Dublin and I need to catch some beauty sleep as I’ve had a very limited amount of shut eye this week (more on that soooon!), so I’m going to leave it there.
